We are looking for Contact Centre Agents that will be responsible for interacting with clients and delivering quality customer service in a professional and timely manner. Maintaining and developing existing relationships with customers through regular proactive communication. Answer all inbound calls and answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, provide information and direct phone calls to the correct personnel. Driving outbound campaigns and assist sales through up-selling and cross selling techniques. Coordinate installations, technical repairs/maintenance, and de-installations of terminals and related equipment by technicians. (Technical)
